The National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference is a unique show as it is dedicated solely to those who provide training in the HVACR industry.

Showcase your organization and your products and services during the  conference. The conference provides you an opportunity to meet with the decision makers in HVACR education (HVACR Educators, HVACR Trainers, State Administrators, Wholesalers, Utilities, Manufacturers, MRO, Associations, Government).

Hotel Accommodations
The Tropicana has reserved a limited number of rooms at $79.00 per night through February 10, 2010. The rooms are in the Island Towers, close to the convention area. Please state that you are attending the HVAC Excellence National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference.

Transportation
The Tropicana is 3.2 miles from McCarran International Airport. There are several shuttle services that provide transportation to the hotel. Additionally, taxi service is available for the quick ride.

Display
Each exhibitor display will be provided the following items,
unless additional requirements have been requested.

  • 1 draped 8 foot table
  • 2 chairs

The exhibit area is carpeted.

Shipping Information
The Tropicana Hotel is currently renovating the entire hotel. The convention area will be newly remodeled for the National HVACR Educators and Trainers Conference. However, the business center will temporarily be located near registration in the front of the hotel.

Please stop by the business center to sign for your packages. The business center will not deliver packages to the convention room until they are signed for.

Material Handling Fees
The Business Center Handling Charges are as follows. These charges are for receiving packages and sending out packages.

  • 15 lbs - $5
  • 30 lbs - $10
  • 50 lbs - $15
  • 76 lbs - 100 lbs - $25
  • Over 100 lbs – 50 cents per lb

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitors badges will be required of all exhibitors, The badges provide admittance to the exhibit hall, meals, the kick off event and all other conference venues. Exhibitor badges will be available to pick up Sunday March 14, 2010 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.
 

Additional Attendees
Exhibitors may register additional attendees for the conference by calling Mick Morgan at 1-800-394-5268. The cost of each attendee is $199.00 which includes breakfast and lunch on March 14th and 15th, admission to all events and the open bar during the kick off event.
