The conference featured train the trainer
sessions for: HVAC Instructors, Union
Trainers, Manufacturer Trainers, Utility
Company Trainers, Supply House Trainers,
Administrators and anyone involved in
training the current and future workforce of
the HVACR industry. Over 250 different
schools were represented.
The focus of the conference was professional
development for the educator and trainer.
